Custom ERP software, Mumbai

Custom ERP software development for manufacturers in India

An ERP built to the way your factory, warehouse and accounts already run, in your trade's own words. You walk through every screen before we write the code, and the price is quoted in writing first.

One system, one database, your words

We build ERP for manufacturing, distribution and trading, inventory and warehouse, job work and subcontracting, accounts and GST, and field service. Sales orders, stock, production, purchase, dispatch, invoices and returns sit on one database, built on Postgres and React, a proven database and screen toolkit.

We build it so that the arithmetic and the rules live in the database. A weight, a balance or a stock figure is calculated in one place, so no screen can get it wrong, and every movement is written to a record that is never edited afterwards.

We start from how the work is done today: the slips, registers and spreadsheets your people already keep. Terminology is locked to your trade's own words, so the screens read the way your people already speak. For a jewellery factory, see ERP for jewellery manufacturers.

Typical modules

Every ERP is scoped to one business, so the list changes from client to client. These are the modules manufacturing and trading businesses most often need.

Measured results

Two systems we built. Every number comes from the project's own file.

A gold factory's production system

70 of 70 planned screens built, running on a permanent database since August 2026. The database calculates 8 values itself and enforces 17 rules. 189 screen designs were published for the owner to walk through before the build started.

myPara, legal research app

One app released to web, Android and iOS from a single codebase, with search over Indian judgments, AI search and judgment summaries. Before every release we open the finished app file and search it for the new code.

How a project runs

From the scoping call to handover in five steps, and you see each one working before the next is paid for.

  1. 1

    Scoping call

One hour. You describe the job as it is done today. We write back what we would build, what we would measure, and the price.

  2. 2

    Screen gallery

Every screen drawn and published on a private page for you to walk through. Nothing is coded until you have seen it.

  3. 3

    Build in slices

Each slice is released to a staging address, a private test copy online, and checked on your data. You see it working before the next slice is paid for.

  4. 4

    Release and handover

Live on your own hosting and your own domain, with the source, the database and the handover notes, including what is still weak.

  5. 5

    Support

Fixes and small changes on request, answered within 2 working days.

What you own

Once a stage is paid for, the code, the database and the designs of that stage are yours. Hosting and domains are registered in your name. The support plan is a service, not a lock in.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom ERP cost?

Every ERP is scoped first and quoted in writing, in Indian rupees plus GST at 18 percent, before any payment. The scoping call is free, with no obligation. The price depends on the modules and screens you need.

How long does a custom ERP take to build?

It depends on the number of modules and screens. The written quote sets out the stages, and the ERP is released in slices, so you see each part working on your own data before the next part is paid for.

Can you build an ERP for job work and subcontracting?

Yes. Job work and subcontracting is one of the trades we build for, along with manufacturing, distribution and trading, inventory and warehouse, accounts and GST, and field service.

Will we see the ERP before it is built?

Yes. Every screen is drawn and published on a private page for you to walk through. Nothing is coded until you have seen it.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Once a stage is paid for, the code, the database and the designs of that stage are yours, and the hosting and domain are registered in your name.

What happens after handover?

Fixes and small changes are made on request and answered within 2 working days. The support plan is a service, not a lock in.
