How we deliver
Software and websites are delivered digitally. Each stage is first released to a staging address, a private test copy online, so you can check it on your own data. Once you approve it and the stage is paid, we release it to your own hosting and domain, with the source and the database, and email you a confirmation. For online stores, including Shopify, we make the changes inside your store and tell you when they are live.
Delivery timelines
- Screen gallery: on the date in your written quote.
- Each build slice: on the dates in your written quote.
- Websites: first preview within 5 working days of your content, live within 7 to 14 working days of your content and payment.
- Support requests: answered within 2 working days.
Delivery dates are estimates. If one slips we tell you why and give a new date.
Delivery cost
There is no shipping or courier charge. You pay the agreed fee in your written quote, in rupees, GST added.
Clients outside Mumbai
We work remotely with clients across India. Delivery is the same everywhere. Meetings and support are held Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 India time.
What you receive
A staging link for each stage, the live software or site on your own hosting, the source and the database, the handover notes, and written confirmation of the domain and hosting details.
If something is missing or late
Write to us by email at ashit@techontouch.in, with your business name and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
