Business process and workflow automation services in India
We take a job a person does by hand every day or every week, and build the pipeline that does it. Scoped and quoted in writing, in rupees plus GST, before you pay.
Repeated work, done by a pipeline
Most businesses have work that repeats: files that arrive in a folder, recordings that need writing down, material that has to be sorted and matched before anyone can use it. We build the pipeline that takes the job from the moment the input arrives to the moment the result is ready: a folder of recordings becoming transcripts, a day of camera cards becoming a rough cut, a course of videos becoming playbooks.
Nothing deletes a source file on a guess. Where a step could lose something, the pipeline writes a list and a person decides.
Every pipeline is measured on real files, and its limits are written down with the result, so you know where it is slow or weak before you rely on it.

Workflows we automate
Each pipeline is built to one job. These are the kinds of work it suits.
Recordings to text
Meetings, calls and videos turned into transcripts, including mixed Hindi and English speech, saved where your team can search them.
Raw files to a first draft
Raw material, such as a day of camera cards, matched against a script and assembled into a first version that a person finishes.
Documents to a searchable library
Folders of documents loaded into one place, with a check that keeps scanned images out and lets only real text in.
Meetings recorded on your computer
The meeting tab recorded on your own computer and saved in small pieces as it goes, so a browser crash loses seconds and not the meeting.
Long material to short notes
Long courses and recordings reduced to short playbooks that a person or an AI assistant can search.
Clean up with a person in charge
A list of what is safe to delete or move, for a person to approve, so no script removes files on its own.
Measured results
Three pipelines we built and measured. Every number comes from the project's own file.
A shelf of video courses turned into playbooks
84 videos and 31.3 hours, all transcribed in 45 minutes, about 42 times real time, with no broken or partial results. 12.06 GB of video was reduced to 956 MB of audio first. The limit is written down: one 116 MB file took 16 minutes.
27 of 29 written lines found in the raw footage of the reference episode, 93 percent. On two shoots it had never seen: 19 of 23 and 38 of 43 lines. The editor stays in charge of choosing the take.
From the scoping call to handover in five steps, and you see each one working before the next is paid for.
1
Scoping call
One hour. You describe the job as it is done today. We write back what we would build, what we would measure, and the price.
2
Screen gallery
Every screen drawn and published on a private page for you to walk through. Nothing is coded until you have seen it.
3
Build in slices
Each slice is released to a staging address, a private test copy online, and checked on your data. You see it working before the next slice is paid for.
4
Release and handover
Live on your own hosting and your own domain, with the source, the database and the handover notes, including what is still weak.
5
Support
Fixes and small changes on request, answered within 2 working days.
What you own
Once a stage is paid for, the code, the database and the designs of that stage are yours. Hosting and domains are registered in your name. The support plan is a service, not a lock in.
Work that repeats and follows the same steps each time, such as turning recordings into text, sorting files or building a first draft from raw material. On the scoping call you describe the job as it is done today, and we write back what we would build and what we would measure.
How much does an automation project cost?
Every project is scoped first and quoted in writing, in Indian rupees plus GST at 18 percent, before any payment. The scoping call is free, with no obligation.
Will the automation delete or change our files?
Not on a guess. Where a step could remove or overwrite something, the pipeline writes a list and a person decides.
How do we know the pipeline works?
It is measured on real files before you rely on it, and the result comes with its limits written down, so you know where it is slow or weak.
Who owns the pipeline?
You do. Once a stage is paid for, the code, the database and the designs of that stage are yours. The support plan is a service, not a lock in.
